4. How We Store Information

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by Supabase, a third-party database and authentication service. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.

Chamber data is isolated at the database level. Members of one chamber cannot access data from another chamber. Row Level Security (RLS) policies enforce these boundaries.

5. Supabase / Cloud Storage Disclosure

Case Munshi uses Supabase as its backend infrastructure provider for database storage, authentication, and real-time services. Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in secure data centers. Supabase is contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data and is prohibited from using it for any purpose other than providing services to Case Munshi.

Case Munshi does not sell user data. We do not sell, trade, or monetize your personal information, case data, or client contact information. We do not share private case data with advertisers or marketing companies.

8. Notifications Permission

The App requests permission to send notifications. These notifications are used solely for:

  • Hearing reminders (7 PM evening before, 7 AM hearing day)
  • App-related alerts and updates

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications will not affect other App functionality, but you will not receive hearing reminders.

9. Contact Permission

The App may request access to your device contacts if you choose to import client information. This permission is optional. You can manually enter client information without granting contact access. Contact data is stored only within the App for your case management and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly save it as part of a case record.

10. Storage Permission

Future versions of the App may request storage permission to enable document upload features (Pro plan). This permission will be optional and used solely to store case-related documents within your account. Documents will be stored securely and accessible only to authorized chamber members.
