Built by Lawyers, for Lawyers
Case Munshi was created to solve a real problem faced by Pakistani lawyers every single day.
The Problem We Saw
Every day across Pakistan, lawyers carry heavy diaries filled with handwritten notes. These diaries hold years of case history, client details, hearing dates, and court proceedings. They are the single source of truth for a lawyer's practice — and they are incredibly fragile.
A diary gets misplaced. A hearing date is forgotten. A clerk leaves without transferring case knowledge. A senior lawyer cannot quickly review what happened in a junior's case. Client phone numbers are scattered across notebooks and mobile contacts. Proceedings are remembered differently by different people.
We saw lawyers in Sialkot, Lahore, Rawalpindi, and across Pakistan struggling with the same challenges. Generic foreign case management tools did not understand Pakistani courts, Pakistani case categories, or the daily workflow of a Pakistani lawyer. They were built for different legal systems, different court structures, and different professional habits.
"This is not a generic foreign case-management system adapted for Pakistan. It is designed from the ground up for Pakistani legal practice."
What Makes Case Munshi Different

Chamber Roles

Our Mission
To help every Pakistani lawyer organize their practice, serve clients better, and never lose track of a case.
We believe that technology should serve the legal profession, not complicate it. Case Munshi is designed to be simple enough for non-technical lawyers while powerful enough for busy chambers. Every feature is tested against the question: "Does this help a Pakistani lawyer in their daily work?"
Our Vision
To become Pakistan's most trusted legal productivity platform.
We envision a future where every lawyer in Pakistan, from junior advocates in district courts to senior advocates in High Courts, has their practice organized and accessible. Where no case is lost to a misplaced diary. Where no hearing is missed because of a forgotten date. Where chambers operate with the efficiency their clients deserve.
Built in Pakistan
Case Munshi is built in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. Our team understands the local legal ecosystem because we live and work within it. We know the difference between a District Court and a Sessions Court. We understand the hierarchy of judicial postings. We respect the role of the munshi in a law chamber.
This is not outsourcing. This is local expertise applied to a local problem.
Our Core Values
The principles that guide every decision we make at Case Munshi.
Trust Above All
Lawyers trust us with their most sensitive professional data. We take that responsibility seriously.
Simplicity is Power
If a feature requires a manual, it is too complex. We design for busy lawyers, not tech experts.
Pakistan First
We build for Pakistani courts, Pakistani lawyers, and Pakistani legal practice. No compromises.
